Ah Yes! He Has Risen Indeed!
As I surf through blogging sites I see that religion is a popular topic; everybody has an idea about God and there are volumes written trying to explain Jesus or explain away Jesus.
The New Testament writers: three disciples, Matthew, John, Peter; two of Jesus' brothers, James and Jude; two good friends and followers, Mark and Luke; and one opponent turned apostle, Paul, gave eye-witness accounts. I'd say that was a pretty impressive body of evidence, and I'll believe it any day over the 'supposals' of all the modern day professors and bloggers. Truth is usually more simple than fabrication.
I see Christ everywhere...in the beauty of this natural world, in the hope of my Grandparents who were drawn to Him in their dark hour of despair; in the faith of my parents, who never faltered, whether in danger or difficulty; in lives changed when they met Him; and in the time-dusted testimony of generation after generation of souls who embraced this life and lived it and many times died rather than abandon it.
And more than that; I know Christ by the rush of love arising within me when I hear His name and in the sadness that engulfs me when I see Him mocked and taken lightly, in the comfort that holds me during prayer, and, most of all, in the secret joy singing within me, beneath all the worries and heavy duties and loud obnoxious noises of this world.
At Easter, my heart dances and sings hallelujahs. I have no doubts. We will meet again--"beyond the circle of the earth". . . for He has risen indeed!

This is a wonderfully inspirational post. That love is everywhere, even in places where it's gotten dusty or painted over, it's there. God bless, and happy Easter.
Here's to singing hearts!
Beautiful post.
The hope, and faith of those who have gone before us is an inspiration.
Happy almost Resurrection Day!
You expressed thoughts that I was having a hard time putting into words today. I am glad I stopped by. I am off to sing hallelujah and let my heart dance!
