Alchemy

Earth
Rain
Seeds
Sunlight
Warmth
Breeze

Fragility
that cannot long survive
In grubby palms
Or dingy pockets

Yet every spring
We see again
The alchemy of God
As He turns hidden things to Gold

Lovely, and so true! The most amazing alchemy is that which turns winter to spring.

Spot on, and the golden poppies speak volumes too!

It is really good that you remind of the miraculous before our eyes yet we so often discount. Well done.
